We’ve used Beck’s ever since moving into our home two years ago, and we’ve already recommended them to friends (who are also happy customers). We knew little about our fireplace, and the person that’s come out every time has been super clear in laying out options when some problems sprang up, giving us clear estimates that they stuck to, and doing excellent quality work. In addition to cleaning our dryer vent and chimney annually, they also replaced the rusting rain cap after our first inspection, and there have been zero issues. We’ve had various contractors out to do work on various parts of our house (windows, roofing/gutters, pest control, etc.), and Beck’s has been the only one we’ve been completely satisfied with.
