I needed to reschedule my chimney cleaning and Beck’s was super accommodating. When they had another person cancel, they called me and were able to get me in much sooner than my rescheduled appointment.
The technician who came to our home was polite, friendly, and did an excellent job. Our fireplace is ready to go for the winter, and we couldn’t be more happy.
