Casey was very thorough, explained everything he was going to do and communicated the results of his inspection and work. We originally contacted Beck’s due to a dead animal smell in our house, which we had narrowed down to near the fireplace. Casey was able to confirm he thought the dead animal was probably under the deck, under the gas fireplace box. We contacted the guy who installed our deck to come remove some of the deck boards so we could access the area and, yes, we found the dead animal exactly where Casey predicted.
