Technicians were incredibly professional. Chimney cleaned and inspected, the 3-D view of my flue was awesome! I also scheduled a dryer vent cleaning as well, and the head technician inspected my dryer/vent airflow. Rather than charging me for a dryer vent cleaning, he came back in the house and said the system was performing above spec and did not require cleaning. He could have cleaned the vent, charged me for a service I didn’t need, and I would have never known. Instead he was honest and took care of my home like it was his.
