When I called to schedule my chimney sweep, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodated my schedule. The crew who came out to my house showed up on time and were very professional. They got to work quickly, were diligent in their analysis, had excellent communication throughout and cleaned up their work area as if they were never there. Highly recommend!
