original owner, Gene Beck
In 2006, Dave and Carmen Clift joined Gene Beck in the chimney sweep business he had founded back in 1977. With a background as a master claims adjuster and experience in fire investigation, Dave quickly became an expert chimney sweep. What began as a business partnership with Gene resulted in Dave and Carmen carrying on the legacy of Beck’s Chimney Sweep when Gene retired in 2008.
Dave and Carmen Clift are long time Noblesville residents. They have been married for over 30 years and have 2 daughters, McKenzie and Madison. When they are not working, they enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Dave is a member of the Noblesville Masonic Lodge.
